[The Dreamberry is seated next to Ada, who can be seen picking and studying flowers in the field. She looks rather happy about it, humming softly to herself.

While she has a number of different flowers gathered in a small bouquet at her side, she still seems determined.]

I wonder what sort of flower Miss Vanessa would like.

[She hums thoughtfully to herself.]

I have to do something to thank her for agreeing to teach me.

[Her eyes finally rest on a beautiful red flower. The vibrant color of the flower makes her think of Vanessa in a way. It's an amaryllis, she remembers, after a long moment of thought.]

Maybe this one. I wonder if she'll like it. I hope so.

[Ada happily plucks the flowers, careful to preserve the stems the same way she watched Vanessa.]

[Ada should have seen that coming, really, but she'd wanted to do something nice in return and well... for the subject at hand, it really was the only gift she could think of. She probably should have done some studying first too... This certainly wouldn't be easy.]

Are you a friend of Miss Vanessa's?

[This was her first time meeting someone other than Elliot who seemed to associate with Miss Vanessa... it was probably that strong personality of hers that kept many at a distance.]

Ah! No! I didn't mean it like that!! I mean...! She's going to teach me the language of flowers.

[A bit of flailing as she quickly corrects this miscommunication... she recieved enough shouting directed at her as it was.]

My name's Ada Vessalius. Pleased to meet you. [Bows her head politely, still a bit flustered over the whole mess.] It's nice to meet someone Miss Vanessa is close to... I really didn't think she had many friends.

[Was it a bit cruel to be surprised to think she had them? Ada was happy to think she was wrong though now.]

[Ada nodded and followed the instructions as Noel talked her through it. And in the end she was successful, face lighting up happily.]

There! I think it worked.

I think it must have been something rather awful if a strong person like Miss Vanessa has to hide it to herself.

[Noel nodded with satisfaction as she heard the familiar ping of coordinates being sent. It was always nice to finally be able to teach people something.]

Yup! You did it all perfectly! I'll be right there, just give me some time...

[She ends the communication line so she can concentrate in getting to where Ada was. Several minutes pass, and Noel finally approaches her with a small fave and a big smile.]

H-Hello! I, um, really hope I didn't make you wait too long...

Ada set it back down next to her and waited patiently. It was such a nice day. And she had learned something new and useful as well. Looking up, she smiles and shakes her head when Noel approaches.]

No! Not at all.

The language of flowers? Hopefully it won't be too harsh. [another chuckle.] Though I'm actually a little surprised that she even knows it. [such a polite insult. because he's saying it in such a polite, almost curious way.]

I'm Ace. [well he never said they were really friends, so if Vanessa if ever finds out he can't get in trouble. but he's not going to try and correct her either because this is much more interesting.] Did you know Miss Nightray from your world, Miss Vessalius?

--oh no. Ace is getting too friendly /just. laughs.

She told me it's very important, so I'm sure she takes it very seriously. [Why someone would, Ada herself wasn't sure, but she admired Vanessa's dedication if nothing else.]

Yes. To be honest, our families don't get along very well at all. [That might be putting it nicely.] She and her younger brother Elliot are very much alike, but... I don't think she really likes me very much... [Again, nicely.]

xD not that he cares. ...Vanessa might though /snicker.

To be fair, I don't think Miss Nightray likes a lot of people. [still that hint of humor in his voice.] But you seem like a nice person, so maybe once she gets to know you it'll work out.

[Noel kneels down next to Ada, admiring the flowers growing on the field, as well as the ones the other girl had collected.]

You know, seeing so many flowers and plants makes me feel really nostalgic... It might be because it reminds me of when I used to live with Mother and Father.

[Though sometimes, Noel felt that there was more to it than that, but she keeps that part to herself.]

[Admittedly, she could have said all of that a little nicer, but. Well. THIS IS IMPORTANT, OKAY. But she does calm her tone before speaking again.]
